Tournament Request Form & 2012 LL Volunteer Form
(18
Sept 2011) The 2012 Tournament Request Form and 2012
Volunteer Form is now online for volunteer umpires (that
have met the required criteria) to submit their names
for a Regional or World Series Tournament.
All
forms must be submitted by their district by 01 November
2011.
Please
note #6 on the umpire request form. The terms
volunteer and
have not received payment means the individual umpire who is
requesting an assignment has not been paid for his/her
service as an umpire in ANY Little League division,
regular season or tournament. This would include every
level of play from Tee Ball through Big League Baseball
and Softball. If an umpire has been paid at any level,
that umpire is not eligible for an assignment at any
level.
